IsoScreen – – Urine test for TB medication adherence research
IsoScreen® RUO is a urine-based biochemical test that detects metabolites of isoniazid (INH), a first-line anti-tuberculosis drug. The test provides a simple colour-change result indicating whether a patient has taken isoniazid within a defined recent time window.
IsoScreen® RUO is intended only for research and evaluation purposes. It supports:
Operational and implementation research assessing adherence support interventions
Adherence research and clinical studies
Programme sub-studies embedded in TB control activities
IsoScreen® supplied by Enbana Labs in India is classified and distributed strictly as Research Use Only (RUO).
It is not approved as an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) device and must not be used for routine diagnosis, treatment decisions, or direct patient management.
